Police from Dareton located three juveniles at the weekend after a series of theft incidents in the early hours of last Friday morning.

Police said that in the early hours of Friday morning the manager of the Wentworth Grande resort has identified two young males trespassing in the bar area of the hotel.

He told Police One had stolen soft drinks from the bar fridge whilst the other has kept a lookout.

The manager has disturbed them and they have fled.

One of the youths and two other young males have then attended a Darling Street address where they have entered an unlocked blue Ford sedan, stealing coins from the centre console.

There was also an attempt made to start the vehicle by damaging the ignition but this was unsuccessful.

The three have continued down Darling Street where they entered an unlocked Mitsubishi Triton, stealing a lighter, coins and a wallet containing cash.

Two of the youths are alleged to have returned to the Grande hotel carpark where they entered an unlocked Landcruiser, stealing a HP brand tablet and a can of spray paint.

They have used the paint to spray graffiti on another vehicle in the carpark before fleeing.

Later that morning the matters were reported to Police and after a number of inquiries the youths were identified and  three were subsequently arrested.

Two were eligible for youth cautions, which have been arranged, and the third 13 year old was charged with a number of criminal offences and placed on strict bail conditions.

Police said he will appear at a Childrens Court at a later date.
