Farmers in drought-affected parts of Victoria have been calling for the Premier to come and see the impact of years of drought.

Daniel Andrews visited Mildura on August 23, but failed to drive 15 minutes out to meet with farmers in the Millewa who are facing their second failed season.

Similarly, the Premier also hasn’t met with drought-affected farmers in East Gippsland.

Since becoming Premier, Daniel Andrews has made at least nine overseas trips but has only been to see drought-affected farmers once, at Birchip in 2015.
