Lady Heat basketballer Siobhan Beslow leaves Mildura today on the way to her second basketball professional engagement in Cyprus.

Beslow, who played her farewell game here for this year for Wildcats coach Dave Curran last night, scored 19 points in a victory over Irymple in the opening night of the Mildura domestic competition.

After returning briefly to the USA Beslow will be off to Cyprus where she will play in the Basketball Federation which is part of the apart of FIBA

“The season ends late March and I am hoping that I get to play for the Lady Heat next year but its out of my hands,” Beslow said.

“We have unfinished business next year ion the competition and I would really love to be part of it – but it will be a coaches decision.”
