The media and Communications officer for Local National Federal MP for Mallee Andrew Broad has resigned to take up a new appointment based at Mildura.
Kirsten Lloyd spent her last day on the job Tuesday, announcing she had decided it is time for a new challenge.
“I have accepted a position heading up the Communications for the Mallee Catchment Management Authority and Tuesday is my last day in Mr Broad’s office,” Ms Lloyd said.
“The last few years have been interesting and I’ve developed a number of great relationships throughout my time with Mr Broad.”
“From advertising managers to journalists, the Wimmera Mallee is blessed with an abundance of good people, who take pride in their work and believe in doing their part to get the best outcomes for their communities,” Ms Lloyd said.
“I am a passionate believer in and advocate for, regional media and the important role it plays in supporting country Australia,” Ms Lloyd told her media friends in a communication announcing her departure from Mr Broad’s Mildura office in 8th Street.
