The Australian Government is providing access to fully subsidised Continuous Blood Glucose Government (CGM) products through the National Diabetes Services Scheme (NDSS) for eligible patients. The Subsidy was announced on April 1st 2017.
CGM products are available to Type 1 Diabetics regardless of age, however young adults and children under 21 years living with type 1 diabetes who face significant challenges in managing their blood glucose levels will have subsidised access to CGM products.
AMSL Diabetes have a range of Diabetes management products available in their range, including the Dexcom G4PLATINUM/G5 Mobile Continuous Blood Glucose Monitoring, Animas Vibe Insulin Pump and OneTouch Verio IQ and Flex BGMs.
The representative for AMSL Diabetes for SA and Mildura will be in Mildura this Wednesday 19th July until Friday 21st July.
