The Imagine coffee shop and indoor Play centre in Pine Avenue may have to close next month unless a new owner/operator can be found.

It’s founder Janeen Norris has been given medical advice that being on her feet for so long working will be detrimental to her personal health.

“I’ve have been struggling with health issues for some time now and its come to the stage I need to rethink my work life,” Mrs Norris said.

“The decision has now been made that I will be leaving the cafe on February 2 and if we are able to find someone to take over the cafe in its entirety that will be great, but if not, we will sadly need to close the doors.”

“I hope I can find a person to take it over -  someone who has a passion for mums and their precious babies and also loves to cook.”

“I guess hospitality experience would be a bonus,” Mrs Norris said.

“I had none when I started so it can be done.”

Mrs Norris said it has been a very tough decision to make as I have grown very attached to you all the people who have been customers since the café and play centre opened back in July 2016.

The business has built its reputation as a welcoming family orientated business with food, coffee and a lovely play space for children.

The entry fee for children aged from two to six is $5 with No entry charge for adults.

“As we are a nut free and allergy conscious centre we do not allow food to be brought in from outside except baby food and formula,” Mrs Norris said.  A large variety of Gluten Free food available.

The Coffee shop and play centre is located at 37 Pine Avenue, Mildura and opens Tuesday through to Saturday.
