A Geelong based Health and Lifestyle group is starting a movement in Mildura to help a range of people with exercise, nutrition, mindset and goal setting.
It is aimed for those who have attempted to improve their health before, tried a diet, wanted to lose weight or can’t find the time to exercise.
Their goal is to help 1000 people with the health and wellbeing goals by the end of 2019.
The information session will be held online tonight, November 6that 8:30pm Melbourne Time.
